Everbridge Community Alerting  

Ascension Parish Government provides a mass notification service through Everbridge. This community alerting system allows agencies in Ascension Parish the ability to alert residents of emergency situations.  

Once registered in the system and enter contact information, you can subscribe to notifications that you want to receive. You also could download the Everbridge application to your cell phone which will allow you to receive alerts via the app.  

The information you provide is protected and will not be used for any other purpose than emergency notifications for Ascension Parish.

When an emergency notification is issued, you receive a text message. A voice phone call can be made by a responding agency or government agency to alert of a potential safety hazard or concern in Ascension Parish.  

During registration, you can opt-in to receive automatic weather alerts from the National Weather Service. These alerts are automatically generated when a watch/warning is issued for the address you entered the system.  You can stop receiving alerts by removing your contact information from your registered profile.

Subscription options are currently available for the City of Donaldsonville and Ascension Consolidated Utility District No. 1 (ACUD#1). You will only receive information from the city if you choose to by opting in.
