  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes
  • Prepare public notices, Council action Notices and Correspondences
  • Research official records for Parish Council Motions
  • Keep Code of Ordinances Updated
  • Prepare proclamations, resolutions and certificates
  • Maintain order of files
